Fab location, generous breakfast, really great service. All in all it's impeccably clean place, they have very big beds. Perfectly located for us. And really close to the Greenview, beach, all tge restaurants.

i enjoyed that place, the balcony was wide. and it also had priceless view. south beach district was worth visiting. the gardens where lovely here. i got good value at this hotel.

Close to the downtown, 5 minutes on foot. Free Wi-Fi worked.

That coffee was missing.

So glad we choose it, it's unique base for staying in Miami Beach. 5 mins walk to the centre. Booked table at Pied a Terre, it's their onsite restaurant. Moreover, we parked our car nearby.

A bit noisy street. A/c was a bit noisy; the room was basic.

Hotel was in a great location. Short way from the restaurant Rosetta Bakery. We really enjoyed greenview so we would like to go back there again.

Hotel's position short way from all places we wanted to see, like holocaust memorial. Terrace added some charm. Even the Miami International airport was not so far...
